Commission Process

Communication

Please send all communication about commissions through the contact form or by email.

Payment

A 50% deposit is due up front. The remaining 50% is due before receipt of the final art file.

Payments are made through PayPal.

References

Please provide reference images and descriptions along with your commission request.

Need to Have

• Descriptions of characters and any other desired visual elements

• Image references for face, hair, body type, clothes

Nice to Have

• Pose references

• Existing artworks to reference if applicable

• Mood boards/vibes references

• Color palettes 

Schedule

Each commission contract includes a schedule with estimated dates when the sketch and final commission will be ready.

When possible, rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Final Art

Final art will be sent via email as a JPG file.

Transparent background PNG file version available upon request.

Policies

Artist can cancel a commission at any time for any reason for a full or partial refund.

Artist can refuse any commission for any reason. Reason may not be provided.

Changes may be requested before or at the time of sketch approval. Change requests after sketch approval may be accommodated at the artist’s discretion.

Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed. I will provide updates if I need to adjust the schedule. Please let me know if you need your art by a specific date and I will do my best to accommodate.
